It entails providing support through small funds to enable youth to form groups and engage in activities aimed at addressing various issues. Consequently, youths have organized activities to tackle problems such as reducing driving speed, launching campaigns to reduce alcohol consumption, repairing roads in villages, segregating garbage, and developing drinking water filters. These initiatives enable youth to gain insights into community development work, capital management, teamwork, communication, and more, thereby empowering them to contribute to the long-term development of their communities.
